AICraft ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
What we collect
- Account data: email, name, and (optionally) profile bio/website.
- Usage data: tools you view, favorite, and review.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device (for security & fraud prevention).
- Payment data: handled entirely by our payment processor — we never store card numbers.
How we use it
- To operate and improve the service.
- To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts).
- To prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone. Ever.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your theme preference. We don't use advertising trackers.
Third parties
We use:
- Supabase — authentication and database.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Vercel / Railway — application hosting.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing privacy@aicraft.co. We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR and CCPA.
Data retention
We keep your account data as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We enforce strict access controls internally.
Changes
We'll announce material changes to this policy via email and a banner on the site.
