By using AICraft you agree to these terms. Read them — they're short.
1. Your account
You must be 13 or older. You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens under your account.
2. Acceptable use
Don't:
- Abuse, harass, or impersonate others.
- Scrape the site or hammer our API beyond documented rate limits.
- Upload malware, spam, or illegal content.
- Try to break the service or bypass security measures.
We can suspend or close accounts that violate this section, usually without notice.
3. User content
Reviews, submissions, and profile information you post remain yours. By posting them, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display them on AICraft. You warrant that your content doesn't infringe anyone's rights.
4. Submissions
We curate every tool submitted. Acceptance is at our discretion. We may remove listings at any time.
5. Paid plans
Paid plans renew automatically unless you cancel. Refunds available within 30 days of purchase. See pricing for details.
6. Disclaimer
AICraft is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that every listed tool will work for you, or that the site will be free of bugs or downtime. We link to third-party tools and aren't responsible for their behavior.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AICraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email and give you a reasonable time to review.
9. Termination
You can close your account anytime from dashboard. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AICraft is incorporated. Disputes go through binding arbitration, except where class-action or small-claims options are legally protected.
